Can I update or cancel my order after it's been placed?

We have a wonderful but small team, who are highly dedicated to our mission and providing the best experience we can while shopping with us. We will certainly do our best if we can to update your order, but may not be able too if it is processing. We appreciate your support.

Can I apply a discount code after my order has been placed?

Once your order is placed, we’re unable to apply discount codes. Make sure to enter your code before checking out to enjoy the savings!

How do make a return or exchange?

Not happy with your purchase? No problem! We accept returns and exchanges within 45 days, as long as items are in their original condition. Visit our returns portal for all the details on how to return or exchange your order.

Exchanges are only available for orders within the US. We’re unable to process exchanges for international orders at this time.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal and other secure payment methods. All transactions are encrypted and safe. Plus, you can use XX-XY Athletics gift cards for your purchases.

How do I apply a discount code?

At checkout, you’ll see a spot to enter your discount code. Just type it in when prompted, and the discount will automatically be applied to your order. Simple and easy!

Can I apply a discount code after my order has been placed?

Once your order is placed, we’re unable to apply discount codes. Make sure to enter your code before checking out to enjoy the savings!

Can I combine multiple discount codes?

Most of our special offers like product discounts can't be combined. If you try to enter more than one promo code on an order, we'll automatically apply the one that gives you the highest discount.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, we do! Digital gift cards are available in various amounts. Grab one from our Gift Card page and use it for anything on our website.

How do I use my gift card?

Using your XX-XY Athletics gift card is easy! At checkout, simply enter the unique gift card code in the "Gift Card" field, and the amount will be applied to your order. If your gift card doesn’t cover the full purchase, you can use another payment method to pay the difference.

How do I check my gift card balance?

Your gift card balance will automatically show up when you use your gift card link. If you believe you have a balance that is not showing up on the link for your gift card, please contact us at orders@xx-xyathletics.com and we can help confirm your balance.

Do you offer gift wrapping services?

We don’t offer gift wrapping at the moment, but we hope to in the future!

Shipping & Delivery

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we offer international shipping world wide.

What are the shipping costs?

We’ve got you covered with free shipping on US orders over $100 USD and Canada orders over $200 CAD.

For the rest of the world, shipping costs may vary depending on your region.

How long does shipping take?

For US orders, shipping usually takes 2-5 business days. During busy seasons, please allow up to 7 days for your order to arrive.

For Canada and international orders, shipping may take up to 7-11 business days depending on the shipping method and the region of which you are located. During busy seasons, please allow up to 14 days for your order to arrive.

How can I check the status of my order once its been placed?

XX-XY Athletics will provide a tracking number once your order ships. You will want to keep track of your shipment via this tracking number. XX-XY Athletics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once a delivery has been completed.

If you feel your package may be lost or stolen, please contact us at orders@xx-xyathletics.com immediately to file a lost package claim.

How can I track my order once it has shipped?

Once your order is on its way, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to follow your shipment’s journey through the carrier’s site.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return and exchange policy?

Not happy with your purchase? No problem! We accept returns and exchanges within 45 days, as long as items are in their original condition. Visit our returns portal for all the details on how to return or exchange your order.

Can I return an item without the original packaging?

All returns need to include the original packaging, and items must be unworn and unwashed.

We’re sorry about that! If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please reach out to us at orders@xx-xyathletics.com. We’ll make it right with an exchange or refund as quickly as possible.

Isn’t that anti-trans?

Supporting women and girls is not anti-anyone. We believe that girls and women deserve safety, privacy, and fairness. By supporting our brand, you’re standing up for these values.

Isn’t that bigoted?

Not at all. Women’s sports exist for a reason, as sex is the biggest determinant of athletic performance. Title IX was established in 1972 to ensure equal opportunities for women and girls in the education system. Our brand is committed to defending that principle today.

What is your solution? Shouldn’t trans people be allowed to play sports?

Sports are for everyone. People should play either in the category of sex they were born or in an open category. I’m not advocating for exclusion, but women and girls should not have to sacrifice for others to be included.

What should I do if an item is out of stock?

If an item is out of stock, it’s not available for purchase at the moment. Keep an eye out—sometimes we restock popular items!
