Can I update or cancel my order after it's been placed?

We have a wonderful but small team, who are highly dedicated to our mission and providing the best experience we can while shopping with us. We will certainly do our best if we can to update your order, but may not be able too if it is processing. We appreciate your support.

Can I apply a discount code after my order has been placed?

Once your order is placed, we’re unable to apply discount codes. Make sure to enter your code before checking out to enjoy the savings!

How do I make a return or exchange?

U.S Return & Exchange Policy

Not completely satisfied with your purchase? We’ve got you covered! Returns and exchanges are accepted within 45 days. Returns are free for orders shipped within the U.S.

To qualify for a refund, all returned items must be in their original condition—unused, unwashed, and ready to be re-loved. That means no stains or markings, including deodorant! If we find signs of wear, odors, or damage, your refund may be adjusted accordingly. Let’s keep it fresh and fair!
