Our sports. Our spaces. Join us.
On January 13th, at 10am. EST, there will be a rally on the steps of the Supreme Court in Washington D.C. Why? Because that is the day that opening oral arguments will be heard for two cases centered around the protection of women’s sports.
There are two sexes and one truth. Men and women are different. And women and girls deserve their own sports. This is what is at stake. This is what we are fighting for.
What are these cases about?
Idaho and West Virginia passed laws protecting fairness and safety in women’s and girls’ sports. The ACLU, representing boys who “identify” as girls, is trying to strike down these laws and deny women safety, privacy, fairness and equal opportunity. These cases will determine whether the law continues to recognize biological sex and preserve the protections that that keep women’s sports fair and their spaces safe.
Will the law uphold the protections afforded to women and girls via Title IX or not? That is what is at stake.
What is your role?
Join us at the Supreme Court for a historic moment to stand for the truth that there are two sexes and women deserve equal opportunities. Wear your XX-XY Athletics gear and come join us. Jen will be there speaking along with other women’s advocates who have been in this fight for a long time.
It is a pivotal moment. We can’t go backwards.
