The XX-XY Athletics NIL Program
Our core mission: we invest in female athletes. The XX-XY Athletics NIL Program empowers college athletes to earn, grow their personal brand, and be part of something bigger. College athletes can earn real NIL income, gain brand exposure, and partner with a mission-driven company that stands up for the integrity of women’s sports.
D1 swimmer and 12X NCAA All-American Riley Gaines kicked this movement to protect women’s sports off. And college athletes across the country are lending their voices to the movement every day.
We’re proud to help athletes find their community and step into their influence—using their voice to inspire others to be brave, and when called to act, to stand with them for fair competition.
XX-XY Athletes get access to a national community of driven competitors, creator opportunities, and spotlight features across our channels. In the next year, our athlete program features more community connections, exclusive brand challenges, and insider access to events and drops — all for our athletes.
The movement of truth and bravery is underway and female college athletes are driving it.
This year we’ve seen student athletes ROAR about their sports and are proud to be the only pro-woman athletic brand to amplify their voices, outfit them in product they love and reward them for both.

XX-XY Athletics was founded by 1986 national champion gymnast Jennifer Sey on a simple belief: women deserve fair and safe competition. As the first pro-woman athlete brand dedicated to creating world-class products for women and empowering them to use their voices, XX-XY Athletics is powered by female athletes and truth-tellers who aren’t afraid to stand strong.
